DANIEL, FOUNDER
& LEAD TRANSLATOR
Daniel González was born in Asturias, Spain. He followed his passion from a very young age in linguistics, English and translation. Eventually, he moved from Asturias to Leeds, UK, where he worked in international marketing and in-house translations. In 2013 he started his own successful freelance translation company 'DG Multilingual Services'. He is now a trusted and renowned translator even featuring in the book 'Move The World with Words' and speaking at translation conferences. His constant search for quality has also led him to collaborate as an exam assessor for the Institute of Translation and Interpreting. Whisky and wine entered Daniel's life 15 years ago firing up an intense interest and passion within him. Subsequently, he qualified as a specialist in wines, whiskies, sherries, etc. See Daniel's credentials. Now he is a leader in the field of translating alcoholic beverages and is in regular demand for his quality work.

LEAH, COMMUNICATIONS & PROJECTS MANAGER
Leah was born in Cheshire, UK, with proud roots in Scotland and Ireland - inevitably she has a natural connection with whisky. She's thrived in project management, wellbeing and leadership coaching (ICF-ACTP qualified), sustainability, proofreading and communication roles in the UK and internationally over the past 20 years. Leah is now settled in Spain. She is at the forefront of communications ensuring a smooth and excellent experience for all of our Whisky & Wine Translation customers. Leah also recruits the finest Partner Translators. She oversees their work to ensure the highest quality translations and supports their wellbeing and personal growth.
Leah is also well accustomed to the world of whisky and wine and has attended whisky shows, visited numerous distilleries and a magnitude of local wine festivals.
